HHR Paine Photography
is located in the scenic village of Shelburne Falls,
Massachusetts, ten
minutes west of Greenfield, just off the Mohawk Trail in a
beautifully renovated 1868 Gothic Revival
home. |
|
Harriet's fine photography is noted for its
craftsmanship and artistry. Her studio is regionally recognized for its exceptional
personal service.
She is a graduate of Wheaton College in art history; a master of arts from the University of
Massachusetts in art education; and a graduate of the Hallmark Institute of Photography
where she specialized in portraiture and received the Most Professional Portfolio Award. Harriet combines in her portraits her background in
both art and photography. |
The studio is situated in the carriage house, on two landscaped acres with a pond and gardens ideal for environmental portraiture.
|
 |
| Once owned by Linus and Catherine Yale, of the Yale Locke Manufacturing Company, and later by Henry S. Patch, who with his father ran the successful 79-year Patch Photography Studio in the village, the buildings have been painstakingly restored by Harriet Paine. |
